Who we are

SquadData is run by The Good Company Lab ApS, CVR 46371143, c/o Njalsgade 21 F, 2., 2300 København S, Denmark. We are the data controller for the personal data collected on this website.

What we collect

Only what you give us when you book a call:

  • Name
  • Club
  • Role, if you add it
  • Work email
  • Your message, if you write one

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Fonts are served from our own site. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

Why we use it

To reply to you and set up the call you asked for, and to follow up on it. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a possible agreement (GDPR article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in following up on your request (article 6(1)(f)).

We never sell your data or use it for anything else.

Who can see it

The SquadData team. We also use two processors under data processing agreements: Cloudflare, which hosts the website, and Resend, which delivers the form to our inbox. Both may process data outside the EU, covered by the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

If we don't start working together, we delete your request 12 months after our last contact. If we do, it becomes part of the customer relationship.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and get a copy of it. Write to us and we'll reply within 30 days.

You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.

Club data in the platform

This policy covers this website only. How we handle your club's data in the platform is set out in the data processing agreement we sign with each club. See Your data.
